These Terms govern your use of tourflip.com and the TourFlip pre-launch supporter program. The Service is operated by VAST BRANDS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("VastBrands," "we," "us"). By using tourflip.com, creating an account, or making a pre-launch supporter purchase, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms cover the pre-launch period. When TourFlip launches as a full platform, expanded Terms will apply. You will be asked to accept the updated Terms at that time.

When TourFlip launches as a platform (anticipated in 2026), additional services will become available, including booking, marketplace, ticketing, social, and payment features. Those services will be governed by updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 or older with parental consent, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You may create a free account using your email or by signing in through Google, Spotify, Facebook, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at mitch@tourflip.com if your account is compromised.
4.1 Pre-launch supporter purchases are pre-paid services for the TourFlip platform, anticipated to launch in 2026. They are not donations, investments, or charitable gifts. They confer no equity, ownership, securities, or financial return — only the defined platform perks listed at the time of purchase.
4.2 Pre-launch supporter purchases are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card information.
4.3 Every user who joins during the pre-launch period (free signup or paid supporter) receives a permanent Founding Supporter badge displayed in their TourFlip profile when the platform launches.
4.4 Pre-launch supporter purchases of $100 or more receive a Gold Badge plus 6 months of TourFlip Premium at platform launch.
4.5 Every supporter receives a personal thank-you and a digital memento from Mitch Harris once TourFlip is live. The specific form of this gift is at our discretion and will be delivered after launch.
4.6 Refunds: Pre-launch supporter purchases are pre-paid services and are refundable up until the day TourFlip launches, on request, by emailing mitch@tourflip.com. Once the platform launches and your perks activate, the purchase is no longer refundable. If TourFlip fails to launch within 18 months of the pre-launch period closing, all pre-launch supporter purchases are refundable in full upon written request to mitch@tourflip.com.
4.6.1 Immediate badge and number issuance: The Founding Supporter badge is issued to your TourFlip account immediately upon completion of your pre-launch supporter purchase or free signup. Paid pre-launch supporters additionally receive a unique sequential Founding Supporter number reflecting the order in which they joined. The badge and (for paid supporters) the Founding Supporter number are permanently associated with your account and remain yours regardless of platform launch outcome, refund of bonus perks, or any other event. The bonus perks described in Sections 4.4 and 4.5 (Premium months, Gold Badge, personal gift) are delivered separately at platform launch.
4.7 TourFlip is in active development. The platform features described on tourflip.com are illustrative of what we are building. Specific features, designs, and timelines may change before launch.

The Service and its content (including the TourFlip name, logo, "The Next Gig Thing," and all design elements) are owned by VAST BRANDS LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific launch dates, or specific features at launch. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of your pre-launch supporter purchase or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action. Either party may bring claims in small claims court.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version. When TourFlip launches, expanded Terms will replace this version, and you will be asked to accept the new Terms before continuing to use the Service.
